ProWein 2012 Closes its Doors

Click For Large ViewAlthough there are too many wine fairs, I keep running from one to the next. I don't make them all; the schedule is daunting. Alone in Europe there are, to name but a few, Vinexpo, ViniSud and Millesime Bio in France, Alimentaria, Fenavin and Vinobile in Spain, VinItaly, Cibus und Terramadre in Italy, the London Wine Trade Fair in Great Britain as well as VieVinum in Austria. Add to that the forays of Vinexpo to Asia and North America or Alimentaria's show in Mexico and you must wonder if producers ever spend much time at home in their cellars. Yesterday, ProWein 2012 closed its doors. 3.930 exhibitors and over 40,000 visitors from some 50 countries make it one of the most impressive trade fairs because of its diversity. Next up for this year? Vintaly in Verona and Vinexpo in Hong Kong…Comments
