Toshi Mori is the wild bird of the wine trade in Japan and the only person I know who can go barefoot to a fine restaurant wearing a t-shirt and nonetheless be greeted by the staff like a rock star - or even royalty. Having made his money as Linn's importer, he turned his attention to his second passion, wine. From Troisgros to local pizzaria, he quickly built avid following.
